Brava Studio Session presents a staged reading of Marisela Trevino Orta's
Set in Argentina during the Dirty War and riffing on the Greek myth of Persephone and Demeter, Marisela Treviño Orta’s Ghost Limb plunges the world into winter when Consuelo’s son is disappeared by the military dictatorship. Injured during his abduction, Consuelo uses a psychic connection between her injured arm and her tortured son to find his location before it’s too late.
$5 suggested donation at the door. (No one turned away for lack of funds.)
Brava! for Women in the Arts brings the world premiere of Ghost Limb to our main stage July 7 -23, 2017, directed by Mary Guzman! Tickets go on sale in the spring.
