Main Theater Rental Rates

Space Rental

Non-Profit Rate
Monday through Wednesday $800 per day
Thursday and Sunday $1,100 per day
Friday and Saturday $1,250 per day
Weekly Rental Rates: $5,700 per week*

Independent Rate
Monday through Wednesday $900 per day
Thursday and Sunday $1,350 per day
Friday and Saturday $1,550 per day
Weekly Rental Rates: $7,350 per week* 

Corporate Rate
Monday through Wednesday $1000 per day
Thursday and Sunday $1,600 per day
Friday and Saturday $1,900 per day
Weekly Rental Rates: $9,200 per week*

*For rentals of two weeks or longer the rental rate is $4,700/wk for non-profits, and $7,200/wk for corporate clients.

The above rates are for one performance per day. Two performances per day would be the rate plus ½, and three performances per day would be double the rate.

There is an additional fee of $100 for each hour after midnight.

LOGISTICS AND STAFFING:

House Manager (required): $30/hour
Brava Technician (1 Brava Tech required): $35/hour
Cleaning Fee: $150/performance
 

BOX OFFICE 

Set-up: $50 flat fee
Per Ticket Fee: $1/ticket plus any at door credit card charges
Buy-Out: $300 flat fee

Box office includes inclusion on our website, Facebook and eblast. At the end of the production, you will receive a full patron manifest of all customers with contact info they provided as well as full ticket breakdown. All ticketing fees from our ticket provider are charged directly to the patron in advance and to renter at the door.
