Youth Program Intern
Araceli Bojorquez joined the staff of Brava in the fall of 2016 as the Youth Program Intern. Araceli first connected with Brava as a participant of Brava’s technical theater training program San Francisco Running Crew, which she came upon as a junior in high school. Araceli describes herself as a “total nerd” because she loves comic books, superheroes, cartoons, the TV show The Big Bang Theory, anime, manga, art, science-fiction and horror movies. Araceli also loves to read Stephen King and anything else that catches her attention. During her two years in San Francisco Running Crew, she served as the stage manager for MAPA’s year-end production, which was a challenge but one she rose to and was able to pull it off entirely. Araceli is currently a sophomore at San Francisco State University where she hopes to major in psychology and later get her masters to become a child, teen, and family psychologist.
