Brava Presents

Poetic Rituals: Dancing with Flowers
with Vidhu Singh, PhD

Sunday, June 2, 9 & 16
2 - 5 pm in Brava’s Cabaret

Poetic Rituals: Dancing with Flowers is an Expressive Arts series inspired by the life-cycle of flowers and attunement with the rhythms of nature. It reaffirms our sense of belonging, and draws on poetic metaphors that invite discovery, connection and beauty.

Sessions

In these sessions we will cultivate our unique creative expression by combining poetry/expressive writing with visual journaling to deepen self-discovery and personal growth. Visual journaling is a powerful tool for inner exploration through words and images.

Participants are encouraged to register for the entire series to enhance their creative practice in community or individual sessions. The prompts for each session are unique.
