with nightly installments through March 19, 2021

Join us during the month of March as we commemorate and celebrate the vital role of womxn in history. Each evening, from March 8, 2021 at 7pm (PST) through March 19, 2021, Canta Brava will feature the unique artistry and energies of some of our favorite artists as they pay tribute to the womxn who have inspired them. Performances include spoken word, poetry, music and monologues by:

Each evening, starting Monday, March 8, 2021 and running through March 19, 2021, Brava will post a new Canta Brava performance at 7pm (PST) to InstagramFacebook, and YouTube. The videos will also be available for viewing here on this webpage.

As part of our Canta Brava Performance Series, the storefront windows at Brava Theater Center will feature artwork by Artist in Residence, Agana, along with other special guest artists. We invite you to stroll by Brava for an in person view of the window installations – San Francisco Mission District, 24th Street, York to Hampshire.
