In honor of the 50th anniversary of Woodstock, Dr Rock & Latin Rock,inc are thrilled to bring you an evening with original Woodstock performers Michael Shrieve of Santana and Greg Errico of Sly and the Family Stone. They will be on stage to discuss their experiences from this historical event.
We will have Michael Shrieve, original Santana drummer who plays the most memorable drum solo in the entire film who has since had an illustrious career starting with his time with Santana and most recently the reunion and recording of Santana IV.
What about Greg Errico, drummer for one of the highlight performances of the film by Sly & The Family Stone. Talk about questions!!! Most recently the reappearance of Sly, who was seen a few years back with a tribute on the Grammys where he showed up in a gold lame' suit. Wow!!
Well now you can ask all the questions while enjoying tributes to Santana and Jimi Hendrix by Zebop and Liquid Sky.
