Bread and Prosperity chronicles the stories of the union janitors who clean San Francisco's downtown skyscrapers every night. In turn funny, sad, angering, and inspiring, the union janitors share their efforts to secure dignity and fair treatment in an industry that can afford to give them what they deserve.
