2nd Annual SF Bulgarian Film Festival

April 18-20, 2014

The 2nd Annual SF Bulgarian Film Festival returns to BRAVA with three days of exciting feature films and documentaries featuring the best of Bulgarian filmmaking.

The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco, with the support of the State Institute for Culture of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate General of Bulgaria in Los Angeles, is proud to continue the tradition of this event to promote Bulgarian cinema among the multicultural community of the Bay Area. The film selection for this year includes five feature films and three documentaries all made by prominent contemporary Bulgarian filmmakers. The documentaries will be shown for free to the audience holding a VIP pass or a ticket for at least one feature film on the same day. There will be short art programs during the intermissions showcasing Bulgarian performing artists from the Bay Area.

Come share Bulgarian culture with films and cultural events that are part of the festival. See film program below.
